The comment about Michael Steele doesn’t surprise me, I’ve suspected for years that the entire reason they made him chairman was because they’d gotten their asses kicked at the polls by the minority vote in ‘08 and wanted to make a play at being “diverse” and “inclusive.”

But they dropped that as soon as they won big in ‘10 and decided that they didn’t need to win over minority voters, they just needed to stoke white resentment.

It doesn’t me either. You know thing about Steele is I think he’s a fairly likable guy but he was definitely used. I’m glad the comm Director said that though and I hope Mia Love, Tim Scott, Allan West, etc all heard. Because that kind of statement is exactly why the GOP sucks and why any conservative who uses Dem plantation should be snacked.
