My best friend is from Holland, that’s where she got the deplorable habit. You should have seen her moms face the first time I put catchup on my scrambled eggs. Priceless! And before you ask, my parents are both from the east coast and I learned that from them. My mother-in-law also cringed the first time she saw it. I think she actually called my mom to complain about the way they raised me. We got a good laugh over that.
