I hate it when I do this. I react emotionally and personalize something I shouldn’t. It leaves me in a bad place and burns bridges. I’ve learned not to do it at work but sometimes I still do it at home.

It’s the damn bunker mentality at work again, with fear of things closing in leaving me stressed even when I should not worry as much as I do. The way I wound up is worthy of a Downfall parody.

/mostly kidding with that last line.
