I don’t know about that. Waving a loaded and chambered firearm, with several magazines in your possession, is not exactly a misdemeanor offense, especially in Portland, Oregon. And it seems the gun was not registered, so that’s an even bigger problem for Strickland. If he has a really good lawyer, maybe he’ll get off with a slap on the wrist, but if he gets a tough judge, Strickland will be looking at some jail time.

I’m wondering he can make bail.

I hope so, just being a pessimist here. The dude does have white privilege working for him.
