Kissinger would likely not endorse, but he’d probably back her all the same. Realpolitik is Kissinger’s thing, and Hillary understands power, projection of force, and how to use more subtle measures as well as the difficulties of using power in every instance.

Trump knows only how to bomb stuff and doesn’t care about consequences or even allies. That’s a huge problem.
