McVeigh thought there was a microchip in his buttocks also. It is no coincidence that these folks are all reading the same crap and believing it. It is no coincidence that we are seeing this bill thrown as red meat to these loons.

I could comment on the crass irresponsibility of lawmakers who would do this in rder to stimulate that base, but I am certain that wih a little investigation we could find certain core conspiracy works that all of these people read and track down the ass-chip meme.
