There you go, you’re beginning to make an argument that’s not just pointing to the 2nd. However, you’re wrong: There’s lots of other self-defense shit, like retractable batons, tazers, dogs, etc that are for self defense.

The winning interpretation by the court combined with the obvious strength of the human right to protect yourself and others like family are no “broken reed”.

Hanging your hat on a 5-4 supreme court decision and expecting it to last forever is very foolish.
