Breaking the little blister on the cellulose sack of margarine so you could knead the yellow dye all through the white oleo contents.

My great Uncle Walter, while working at the University of West Virginia, got the patent for stable yellow dye that could be put into margarine at the time it was made. It was always considered something fun in the family since we were a Wisconsin farm family… :D
