I’ve been with Fidelity for years. Never had any issues with them. I do my own investing and don’t require any personal services or brokerage assistance in picking stocks or managing my portfolio.
I’d compare brokerage fees/commissions to see which one will serve you best.
If you’re buying and holding mutual funds, you might want to go with a brokerage that has a wide range of offerings, including low/no cost funds like Vanguard. Fidelity has a combination of managed funds and market tracking funds.
