Let’s see…we’re going to force insurers to cover anyone who applies, for whatever pre-existing condition they may already have, and simultaneously force them to cut premiums.

Yeah…that’s going to work…

That was tried in WA state, 10 years ago or so.
Individual policies are still extremely hard to get and very expensive in WA.
