Just put the main question in the first field. Options are the answers. You can add or remove options while creating it. Once you finish click save.

Hm. Clicked save and the poll button stayed red, and I got no poll in the Page. Must be doing something wrong. Question-“My political affiliation is-

Then I clicked save poll and got nothing.
