I don’t give to political campaigns, because I hate spammy emails and would prefer to volunteer my time and skills instead.

But I just gave to ActBlue to get rid of Lady G aka Lindsey Graham.

I’ve been giving to a lot of candidates. I went nuts yesterday and made over $300 in small donations to close races. I will get hundred’s of email messages from their campaigns, but they’re easy to recognize and I can delete all of them in less than a minute.

The donation binge yesterday was because I realized that this may be the last chance I have to affect this election. I don’t want to be a poll worker or driver as I’m 66 with a couple medical conditions that put me at risk, and my temperament would be a lousy match for phone banking.

This may be the last chance we get. I can deal with junk mail.
