The court had no right to decide anything if it did not have jurisdiction.

I’ll wait and see if a custody order for the grandmother appears. The family saying it and it being true is 2 different things. But even if it was the case I don’t believe the court would issue a visitation order in the middle of a school year. They wouldn’t do it in my case which was 2 counties in the same state.
