For a while we went through a phase here of sticking the same number of pink lawn flamingos onto a birthday person’s yard. Under cover of darkness, of course.
Thirty or so of them can make an impressively tacky display./

I love the pink plastic flamingos.

If you do tacky just right, it can turn out OK.
Of course, I keep my pink plastic flamingos in the back, near my patio, where I can see and enjoy them, but the neighbors don’t get upset.

Oh, and the “flag” on my mailbox is - a pink flamingo. Love it!
