It also ignores that the Karachi consular facilities were repeatedly attacked, and that diplomat David Foy was killed in an attack at the Marriott next door in the 2006 attack (the “1 American”. Guess he’s chopped liver compared to the four killed in Benghazi when the DoD says they couldn’t do anything to respond, and have since put in place a plan to respond to these kinds of events in most parts of the world (mostly North Africa, Europe, and parts of the Middle East in range of the newly deployed rapid response force).
