How will Obama reach out to Muslims while looking over his shoulder at his authoritarian Egyptian hosts?

I saw part of Greta van Susteren’s interview with Dick and Liz Cheney. Responding to the question as to what she expected Mr. Obama to say in his speech in Cairo, Liz Cheney expressed her hope that he would talk about democracy and women’s rights. I wonder if that will be before or after he causes the Nile to run backwards?
