You’re contradicting yourself, as you say there should be an investigation but you also believe he should take action before that happens. Is he guilty unless proven innocent?

You are strawmanning again. Resignation isn’t proof of guilt. Sometimes its just the approriate thing to do. And Franken has already admitted guilt about the photo, and the second accusation is extremely credible.
