Well, depends on what the garbage is. If it’s floating, chances are good it’s probably plastic. A lot of plastics are minimally affected by HF; that’s why we use the Rubbermaid to store it.

I’m sure some solution could be come up with to deal with the trash, but raining HF down upon it is likely not one.

dump it in rush limbaugh’s back yard and let him come up with a market oriented solution
