This is why I’m convinced that Trump is going to run third party in 2024. He’s going to undermine the GOP in the Georgia run offs. He’s going to claim that the GOP is too corrupt (hahaha), and that his only choice is to seek the nomination of the Constitution Party (or WETF they call it now), because that’s where real Americans are anyway.

The true shitshow possibility happens where the election gets thrown to Congress because nobody gets to 270. The House has to pick from the top two (and vote by state), the Senate chooses from the top three and it’s a traditional vote. Now: imagine Trump finishes second behind Biden (or Harris or whomever), and Republicans in several states have to decide whether they’ll vote for Trump (who at that point will have spent four years railing against them) or the Democrat?

The more likely scenario is that Trump and the Republican nominee end up splitting votes in states that would have otherwise gone for the Republican and the Democratic nominee ends up winning in an electoral college landslide. But after the last 20 years of insanity in our politics, I’m not willing to say “election gets thrown to Congress” is outside the realm of possibilities.

trump is not going to run. He’ll announce and take donations, hold rallies. but by 2022 he will have too many legal and financial issues. so much damaging info is going to come out that he will become toxic except for 30% of the population.

Harris wins in 2024.

That’s my prediction, now I have to log off to write.
