Personally, the only time I care about a politician cheating is if that person uses “family values” rhetoric in elections. I don’t expect politicians to be more moral than the rest of the public. I’m probably in the minority opinion there, no doubt. As far as no republican getting away with anything, check out Bill Clinton. Play the word association game. When you hear Bill Clinton’s name, what images come to mind?

John Edwards. What does that bring to mind? A media that did everything it could to ignore the “family values” guy’s affair.
