Realpolitik! I was a young mother back in those days and not paying much attention to politics, but I don’t recall anyone doing hard prison time over any of that. With that history in mind, I wouldn’t be shocked if Republicans were inclined to work with Iran despite its status as a state sponsor of terrorism.

I wonder if the Iranians have receipts for anything else that politicians might prefer the general public not know about? Okay, let me stop before I slide into Alex Jones territory.
