Part of the delay here in my village is the write-in candidate who filed against me. Those ballots have to be counted by hand, hence my county has only partial results. It may be a day or two before I find out whether I actually survived the election.

While the filing date for incumbent candidates was in May, for write-in candidates it’s thirty days before an election.

So, it will be a wait for the LGF candidate.
