20 years at MINSY…I left a big part of my heart there when Clinton shut us down…15000 of the best Nuclear sub workers in the world shit canned at the end of the cold war…Most of us went to other agencies…I left the Gov’t at that point…But I have a special place in my heart for Mare Island…My first job after college..I grew up there..

Never felt that way about Norfolk, I don’t dare use the Navy nickname for the place back in my day.
