I voted YES on 10. We got a letter from the management company saying our rents will go down if we vote No on 10.

Jarvis said the same lies when Prop 13 passed.

Rents doubled.

When I moved into my apartment in 1988 my rent was 390. Now it is 1000. Same apartment.

YES on 10!

Maybe it’s just me, but that seems like it is more or less keeping up with inflation.
