I grilled out early this week, as celebration for my new job - “top sirloin” steaks (that wound up being chunks of beef patched together with meat glue… still turned out really yummy), salmon filets, and corn on the cob. We were feeding on the leftovers all the way up until yesterday.

Yikes. Discounting the good flavour, who sold you a bill of goods on your beef goods? I ask so that if they have a local affiliate, I can have our family avoid them.
