Funny how that works…IMHO, there’d be a hell of a more conservatives if American wage earners had to write a big check each quarter instead of the mandatory withholding of taxes…

I agree, withholding tends to make people forget just how much money Uncle Sam takes away, because they technically never see it in the first place (oh Earnings statements and such are just numbers on a page).
