Some white nationalist types are very into the genealogy aspect to prove their whiteness or something. There are entire books on the purity of Norther Europeans over southern. There’s some really creepy shit out there. They do think in terms of blood and soil. I wouldn’t be surprised if pat’s picked some up running with the crowds he does. Sorry I mentioned it.
