Yes…I think many of them do. polls suggest 20-25% are opposed to pretty much all abortion, and another 25-30% consider themselves pro-life but will allow it in some circumstances. Those numbers fit the crazy curve well, somewhere around 20% of the country is hardcore right wing, both fiscally and socially, and another 20% consider themselves “conservative” but don’t necessarily hold right wing positions lock stock and barrel.

I just hope it’s the same 25% of crazies on each issue.
