The slurs against her will if possible start with some good ole’ slut shaming and comparing her to Sandra Fluke by Rush Limbaugh, before moving onto Glenn Beck DERPing about how women are being duped into supporting Democrats by “government handouts like Obamacare”, followed by Bryan Fischer wondering aloud why a mostly male police department should be lead by a woman, and concluding with Ann Coulter saying that Chief Lanier ‘should have stayed home and baked cookies’.

You’re probably not far off but I will humbly remind you that Rush Limbaugh is the man who popularized the term Feminazi so he’s not above comparing women to Nazis. Really, what the hell do these guys expect with their stupid little rally? A rally with tons of people with guns in a crowded city where there’s fireworks is just asking for trouble but I think that’s what the guy who started it wants.
