Am I sick for wishing he does?

I want the Orange Jackass Don to do as many stupid things he can for two reasons.

One: it further puts Trump at odds with normal political thinking forcing more people to want him gone.

Two: It adds more insanity onto the Republican party because they back this sick ass and it just chases more people away from them.

Yes it might also be damaging, but everything Trump does is damaging. What is more important than hastening his political demise?
