I’m a supervisor in the food & beverage department at a small ski area. I’m lucky in that I get paid $20/hr plus tips, management can afford to pay me. Most people with the same job I have aren’t so lucky. That shit is *work* when it’s busy, everyone who does it deserves a living wage.
