In Maine, there’s also a very small island off the coast of Portland between Portland itself and Peaks Isalnd (an island thats part of Portland and has about 2,000 year round residents,,, 6,000 in the summer)

The small island is “House Island” and has two buildings on it. One is an occupied house, and the other is a house converted into a function hall. People rent it for weddings, family reunions, etc
