If the GOP are actually dumb enough to try and spend the next two years impeaching and investigating Obama instead of actually making a case for why they should win back the White House, they might as well just give up on the 2012 race altogether.

All that being said - if they had any concept of electoral math - they would not be alienating young opeople and hispanics. And there is no sign of them making any attempts any time soon.

and, as far as i recall Obama is still ahead of named republicans in potential match ups as it is.
