there is a rather left-leaning international website, moonofalabama, that insists that is totally anti-Hillary and anti-Obama and insists that Flynn was only promoting policy matters and there was nothing at all improper about the Trump campaign contacting the Russian government

but that argument totally ignores the business contacts between the Trump empire and oligarchs close to the russian government

There is an element of the left very naive about Putin and Russia.
