What is awful is the smell of a bird in a turbine. Not pretty.
It happens every now and then with one small-ish bird, and the only thing you know is there was a noise, and then a very….bad…… smell.

That’s when your actuall glad that the airlines no longer serve meals.
I was on a flight from Denver that had a wing struck by lightning. Wow!
