I’ve not been following this story as close as I perhaps should have. Do we know if the shooter was practicing Prislam (radicalized in prison)?

I’ve been worried about the spread of radical islam in US prisons for a while. It’s particularly dangerous because these are people who hate government authority to begin with. Indoctrination with radical Islam gives their hate a whole ontology.
