Bob Dylan can’t make it to Nobel ceremony—he has “other commitments”

I think his appearance there was always contingent on his schedule, and I’m pretty sure he’s in the middle of a tour right now.

Added bonus - it plays into that ‘iconoclast’ thing he’s got going. :)
