Franken’s case wasn’t full out assault.

And that is not to excuse Al. Just talking about degree of seriousness.

Tie this behavior to the way he brushed off Fred Guttenberg, the father of the slain Parkland student.

He has a cold heart. And that is bad for a judge.

But it sure explains why another unfeeling asshole picked him to be a Supreme Court Judge.

I’m looking more at dealing with that thing we were told months back would make running Franken out on a rail all “worth it”: The ability to hold the GOP to that same standard. Being able to take them to the woodshed over allegations like these. They’re already trying to seize that conversation by arguing that her allegations are “trivial” and “something all guys do.” We need to remind folks at every opportunity that a tasteless photograph was enough to end a Senator’s career, so attempted rape should not get a pass because “She didn’t say anything at the time.”
