Yes, Biden is getting out worked in Pennsylvania… except for the part where three times as many Democrats have cast early ballots as compared to Republicans. And the fact that Biden has been over 50% in polling pretty consistently for a month.

Howard Fineman, who is from PA, on Joe this morning said that Biden’s campaign is cautiously optimistic because they have carefully played the two sides of the state and the counties surrounding Pittsburgh and Philly (he didn’t say it, but implied that they’ve left the rural center to Trump).
