Yep. And to be fair Yonkers is big enough that it has some really nice areas (I’d say mid-eastern part of the city, by Tuckahoe) and some not-so-nice areas. It’s odd. Usually some of the best real estate in a city is by the water, but here the lower-west side, by Getty Square, is one of the worst areas.
