I’m just going to slip in here real fast and point out that these threats made by (and yes they ARE threats) Rhodes were made outside of Kentucky’s borders and are therefore not prosecutable under Kentucky law. Federal law perhaps. But the decision to arrest and prosecute would be up to the Federal/State D.A. in the State were the offense took place. Lawhawk can correct me on this if I am wrong.

I’m sure Rhodes and company will take care of that pesky detail when meeting up with the first news reporters here.
