You can get the entire 1960s series on Blu-ray now and I’m thinking I’m going to ask for it for Christmas.

I am clearly not DC’s target audience with the whole grim-dark thing.

Have you watched any of the DC TV series? The darkest is Gotham, but it borders on self-parody sometimes. Supergirl is the most light-hearted, and it has a Superman based on the Christopher Reeve model, who makes occasional appearances.

I’m probably not their target audience, being an old, but I don’t care.
