IMHO, soda is not food. Requiring healthy choices for subsidized food seems obvious. I’d love to hear a counter argument.

I understand what you’re saying, but then you’d have to take away frozen dinners, pizza, most packaged foods in general. Then you would have to restrict canned foods high in sodium. Blah, blah, blah.
