I’m sure we’d all like to know your take on this cease fire, and what it might mean in next days and weeks.

Obviously, I would have loved to see Ismail Haniyeh dragged out of his bunker and publicly strung up by his “eggs” on Rabin Square in Tel-Aviv, but sadly that’s not a practical option. At least their #3 is now learning that “72 virgins” was the demo version (the production version is him being a ‘virgin’ serving 72).

The #1 achievement: restoring the IDF’s reputation/deterrent power, which got severely dented in 2006.

The other thing: I keep hearing reports that from certain Arab countries, the reaction was “Booyay” (“Boo” in public, “yea” in private). Especially Egypt has no more use for Ham-Ass than we do, since Ham-Ass is basically the “export edition” of the Muslim Brotherhood (the #1 domestic opponent of the Egyptian rulers).
