Heh. I know the Pittsburgh airport and that place is literally in the middle of the airport parking lots along the run of a few long people movers running out into the middle of said lots. That the movers can be down should not be surprising since that happens.

Hyatt Regency. 3 1/2 stars according to Expedia. At that rating you’d expect a little more staff about than just desk clerks. But also won’t be bustling that much since it’s just not that sort of place. Also curious what time she turned up - if it was after a late flight in there will be fewer staff around.

Also, it’s an airport hotel. I avoid those simply due to the noise!

If only Romney had won!! There would be small herds of Pittsburgh urchins eager to carry bags and luggage for a copper. Takes six or seven of the tubercular ones to carry a well-fed journalist, though.
