Actually, the leaks suggest that the Justice Department shut down the Clinton Foundation investigation because there was in fact no case. There just happens to be a group of FBI agents who after reading “Clinton Cash” and right wing news sources, disagreed and wanted to pursue the investigation further. Denied that, they have decided to leak, 1 week before the presidential election. Based on that, Hillary’s assertion that there is “No Case” is correct. That was the opinion of the Justice Department. What does seem to be the case is that a not insignificant number of people’s crazy right wing uncles work for the FBI.
