Hi {vxbush} - well I’m glad some worthwhile folks got help from the Pell Grants, but other than administrations and teachers, who is gonna be “stimulated” by this increase in Pell Grants? Seriously. I mean hell, $15 BILLON is a LOT OF DAMN TAXPAYER MONEY - other than keeping professors and instructors and administrators with jobs, and enabling, apparently, anyone to go to college, thereby providing ACORN with even MORE volunteers, why this HUGE increase in Pell Grants?
