I read that Wikipedia article on them. That article noted some in the Czech press liken them to the Heaven’s Gate group and are concerned they might try the same thing as them.

Holy crap that Website has more “hippie garish” than my teenaged bedroom did (and I was really into hippy garish).

I’ve met and known a couple of them over the years……they’ve always struck me as rather harmless cranks; I never noticed any suicidal ideation, but you never know. They may just be good at hiding it.
