It’s genius isn’t it? If she can get more Republicans/right wing nuts to sign on with her plan the left will be able to paint them all as anti-American. That or Bush as actually a War Criminal. Seriously, if they are serious about Obama being a war criminal for things Bush did, then Bush is a war criminal, isn’t he? So get her on Fox news, get that all stirred up and then come election time Democrats can seriously pulverize them with it. It’s a lose/lose for the Right wing to keep going after this and a Win/Win for Obama to just let it keep going.

I had a professor in University that claimed to be so Conservative he was a liberal. He was working on a thesis to show if you go around the mountain far enough you’d meet the opposite side eventually. He wouldn’t have any interest in this none-sense, but this none-sense sure reminds me of those dialogs.

(Thing was, he wasn’t kidding, ex-Jesuit priest with more doctorates than I have computer certs (MCSE NT4, 2000, 2003, Exchange Expert 2000 and 2003, ccna, ccnp, A+, Security+ and growing). The Politics and Christianity class was fantastic. Lots of Conservative kids in it always taking the same line. They’d say something then his eyes would sort of get distant and he’d then grab a stack of books and say, “ahhh, you’re talking about this and this and this, the foundation of which was started by this guy. Here read these his book here and it’ll strengthen your ability to argue that particular conservative position. After which I can argue the Liberal side of it with you.” Only one of the students took him up on that. I miss that class. )

Sounds like an interesting class and professor. The best professors I’ve had over the years have challenged my conceived motions of what I was learning. I like what your guys’ thesis was saying about the spectrum being a circle. It’s interesting to note how many former far leftists end up becoming far rightists. Most famous example I know off at the top of my mind is Mussolini.
