The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a

* Flood Watch for a portion of western Nebraska, including the
following areas, Cheyenne, Kimball, and Morrill.

* From 3 PM MDT this afternoon through Saturday afternoon

* Saturated grounds from previous rainfall and potential for
future heavy rainfall could lead to local creek and river
flooding that impact area roadways.
